Forest Park tours are available for your enjoyment. This route allows you to discover the local fauna and flora. You can visit the forest park in a 4x4, participate on listening to the call of the deer from mid-September to early October, enjoy guided forest walks and walks around the canal.
This incredible show, directed by the Horsemen of the Almeria Park of Salbris (15min from Pierrefitte-sur-Sauldre), mixes stunts on horseback and birds of prey. Escape to the world of chivalry of François I from April 29th to1st October 2017.

The awesome thing ? One can buy tickets in the campsite reception. Why ? That way you do not have to queue.
Opening days and times? The castle is open all year around, except some exceptional days. It is open according to the following schedule: from November 1st to March 25th: 9 am to 5 pm and from 26th March to 31th October: from 9am to 6pm.
We advice you to provide a half day minimum to visit so you can make the most of this magnificent mansion and its park.
The parking? Three monitored and paying car parks are accessible.
Restoration ? Restaurants and shops are open all year in the castle and in the village of Chambord. Take this opportunity to taste local specialties to discover new tastes.
